SOSNA Neighborhood Walking Tour
New Date is Tuesday, May 6, 5:30 p.m.
The South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA) and Feet First Philly are presenting a walking tour of the dynamic neighborhood, also known as Graduate Hospital or Evergreens. The tour will focus on walkability issues as well as neighborhood history and current grass-roots planning efforts to develop the area. Andrew Dalzell, Programs Director for SOSNA, will lead the tour. Join us at the SOSNA office (1901 Christian Street) at 5:30 on May 6th for a short review of the Better Blocks project, which was a demonstration of Complete Streets and traffic calming concepts. Then we’ll head out for a hike around the neighborhood until 7 p.m.
