Thank you to everyone who came out to the Along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway Walk! We enjoyed spending a beautiful Saturday afternoon walking the Parkway from City Hall to the Philadelphia Museum of Art during the centennial anniversary of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

With the help of the Association for Public Art tour guide, the group discovered the iconic artwork that defines the Parkway, and learned more about the pedestrian projects that allow us to enjoy it (as well as some areas that may need improvement). Walkable areas like the Parkway are part of what makes Philadelphia great, and we were proud to highlight this area as our September walk.

We cannot thank the Association for Public Art enough for providing an extensive knowledge on art in Philadelphia. Check out photos from our walk, and subscribe to Feet First Philly’s newsletter to learn about upcoming walks this fall!
