Feet First Philly has sent a letter to Councilman Mark Squilla; David Perri, Streets Commissioner; Karen Fegely, Commerce Department; and Sam Sherman, Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation regarding the proposed improvements to the South 12th Street/ East Passyunk Avenue/ Morris Street intersection.
